How to Set the SentriLock Access by Appointment Feature
What is the Access by Appointment feature?
It provides an added layer of security that restricts access for a specific lockbox to only agents, contractors, or appraisers that have a scheduled appointment to the listing.
How do I activate this feature?
The lockbox must be enabled by the Listing Agent or Property Manager either via the SentriKey App or SentriKey Showing Service website. Here are 2-ways to program this feature:
App:
- Go to the Menu (3 lines) at the top left corner of your screen
- Choose My Lockboxes
- Choose Property Access Settings
- Tap on the listing you want to activate the Access by Appointment feature for
- Hit “Next” twice and you’ll arrive at the Access by Appointment page
- Now select “Turn on”
Desktop:
- Head to the SentriKey program on your MLS Dashboard
- Click on the Listings Menu
- Find the listing you want to add this feature to
- At the very right of the listing row click on the 3-dots,
- A pop-up window will appear allowing you to enable or disable the Access by Appointment feature.
NOTE:
- This feature must be enabled for each individual SentriLock lockbox you are using.
- A 20-minute grace period is allotted for the scheduled appointments.
