How to Set the SentriLock Access by Appointment Feature

What is the Access by Appointment feature? 

It provides an added layer of security that restricts access for a specific lockbox to only agents, contractors, or appraisers that have a scheduled appointment to the listing.  

How do I activate this feature? 

The lockbox must be enabled by the Listing Agent or Property Manager either via the SentriKey App or SentriKey Showing Service website.  Here are 2-ways to program this feature:

 App:

1. Go to the Menu (3 lines) at the top left corner of your screen
2. Choose My Lockboxes
3. Choose Property Access Settings
4. Tap on the listing you want to activate the Access by Appointment feature for
5. Hit “Next” twice and you’ll arrive at the Access by Appointment page
6. Now select “Turn on”

                              

Desktop: 

1. Head to the SentriKey program on your MLS Dashboard
2. Click on the Listings Menu
3. Find the listing you want to add this feature to
4. At the very right of the listing row click on the 3-dots,
5. A pop-up window will appear allowing you to enable or disable the Access by Appointment feature.

NOTE:

1. This feature must be enabled for each individual SentriLock lockbox you are using. 
2. A 20-minute grace period is allotted for the scheduled appointments.
