MLS Change Form
Definition
This is a request form. Broker's signature is required for all requests - it serves as authorization for HICMLS to edit the listing. This form is not an Amendment form, so please do not use it to amend contracts.
When to submit a Change Form to the MLS for listing edits?
- When you cannot edit a system restricted field.
- After a listing is changed to Sold and you need to correct the information.
- To correct the Listing Date.
- Transferring a listing to another Brokerage Firm.
HiCentral MLS does not require you to submit a Change Form for changes that you can edit directly in the MLS. For example, status changes, price changes, public remarks changes, etc.
Where to send the Change Form:
Send the completed change form and the supporting documents to techsupport@hicentralmls.com.
