Member Portal Password Page
On Tuesday, September 12th, we will be updating the password reset page. With the new password reset page, you will receive an email with a link to change your password. Below are instructions on how you can request to change your password.
The new webpage provides:
- A "score" on the strength of the password
- An eye (for revealing password)
- The second password confirmation field
- A broader range of special characters is supported
- Password Reset Link
- You can visit http://www.hicentral.com/register or https://mdweb.mmsi2.com/honoluluss/
1. Press the “Forgot/Change Password” link
2. Fill in the “User Name,” usually your first and last name, i.e., “John Doe.”
3. Check the “I’m not a robot” box to fulfill reCAPTCHA requirements. An image will pop up where you must follow the directions on the screen.
4. Verify the images, and the system will inform you if the value submitted matches our records, and you should receive an email.
Note: The reset password needs to be done within 15 minutes. If not, the link will expire. Please check your SPAM/JUNK Folders.
Note: The email is coming from “noreply@mdweb.mmsi2.com” remind the agent to check their SPAM/JUNK folders. 5. Click on the “Reset your Password,” and it will take you to the website to change your password.
NOTE: Password Policy
- Your password is unique to you and should not be shared with anyone.
- Do not use your first, last, middle, or nickname as part of your password.
- To conform with our password policy, you must use a sufficiently strong password with a score equal to or greater than 1.

The password must be between 8 and 20 characters and include any 3 of the following:
- Digit (number)
- Lowercase letter
- Uppercase letter
- Special character: Not allowed: " % ' | \
Note: Once the password requirements are satisfied, you will see the password security rating in green.
6. Continue by pressing the “Update Password” button. You will see the confirmation screen that the password has been successfully updated.
Password changes may take up to 24 hours for the hicentral.com members-only section to reflect the update. This may affect certain areas accessible to you, such as:
- Professional Standards > Ethics Citation Program
- Resources > Stats
- Resources > Member Directory
