See how many times your listing has been viewed. Learn how you can use the Matrix Hit Counter to help you quickly and accurately gauge consumer interest in a new listing. Every visit and click within the property portal are recorded and reported, as well as how many times a listing has been marked as a favorite, possibility, or discarded.
Matrix 360 - Farming and Mailing Labels
With Matrix 360, you can draw shapes on the map around the areas that you wish to promote yourself in. Matrix 360 makes it super easy to produce targeted lists and mailing labels.
Walk the property lines and learn about each property by integrating both MLS and public record data. Utilize a one-click display with three different map views: satellite, the parcel with lot dimensions, and a full map with all properties. What a time saver!
Understanding the Matrix Client Portal
CoreLogic Matrix
Matrix is one of the core systems you have access to. Matrix is your Multiple Listing System. This system allows you to search for properties and add and edit new listings.
Inputting a New Listing
1. Click on "Input"
2. Click the "Add new" button
3. Select your property type. i.e. Single Family, Condo/Townhouse
4. Choose one of the following
- Fill from Relist Tax - Use Auto-Fill from Realist Tax
- Fill from an Existing Listing - Copy your current or past listings to relist.
- Start with a New Listing - Start your listing with a fresh input form.
- If "Fill From Realist Tax," choose your county and enter TMK, Owner, Street Name and Street Name and press the "Search" button to locate the tax record.
- If "Fill From Realist Tax," choose your county and enter TMK, Owner, Street Name and Street Name and press the "Search" button to locate the tax record.
- Click the "Fill" link to the record you want auto-fill.
If "Fill from an Existing Listing" is copying an existing listing. Enter the "MLS #" and press the "Fill Form

- If "Start with a New Listing", start with a blank form.

Matrix Compatibility
CoreLogic Listing Management Platform (CLLMP) is compatible with the latest browser versions supported by mainstream operating systems. Browser-related issues that cannot be resolved by upgrading to the latest version will be reviewed and resolved on a priority and best-effort basis. CoreLogic will support upgrades to browsers as soon as reasonably practical following the availability of the new browser version in new retail computers.
CLLMP supports the most recent versions of:
• Edge• Safari • Chrome • Firefox
• Android Browser
• Chrome Mobile
• Safari Mobile
Note: Microsoft Internet Explorer is no longer supported for standard use in CLLMP; however, several staff-only tools still require it can also be accessed via the “Open in Internet Explorer Mode” built into Edge
