MLS Personal Assistant Application

Aloha,

Thank you for your inquiry.  The MLS Assistant Access is available for non-licensees or inactive real estate agents.  The assistant will receive their own login and password credentials for the MLS System. These accesses are not to be shared with anyone.  There are three (3) different types of Assistant Access levels.

Personal Assistant: Access to Listings of the agent listed on the application only

PB Assistant: Access to Firm Listing (if more than one (1) branch)

Office Assistant: Access to Branch Listings

The MLS Assistant Fee is $125.00 plus $5.89 GET per year (July-June) and is prorated based on the month they join. If joining after June, the prorated amount due is ___________. The application will not be processed until payment is received.

Once we receive all the necessary documents, kindly allow 24-48 hours for processing. Completed assistant applications are processed in the order received.
