SentriLock MLS Assistant Application

Existing MLS Assistants may add on SentriLock access for an additional fee.

SentriLock MLS Assistant access is for existing MLS Assistants who are inactive or non-Real Estate licensees. If they are in the process of obtaining their license, once they have that license, their assistant access will need to be inactivated, and they can join the board as a Realtor member.

The SentriLock membership year runs from January to December, and new SentriLock MLS Assistant billing of $73.30 ($70.00 + $3.30 GET) begins January 1st of each year. This is in addition to MLS Assistant dues.

Dues are prorated based on the signup date: please see the prorated amounts below:

January 2025 - December 2025: $74.03 = $70.70 + $3.33 GET

February 2025 - December 2025: $67.85 = $64.80 + $3.05 GET

March 2025 - December 2025: $61.70 = $58.92 + $2.78 GET

April 2025 - December 2025: $55.52 = $53.02 + $2.50 GET

May 2025 - December 2025: $49.36 = $47.14 + 2.22 GET

June 2025 - December 2025: $43.18 = $41.24 + $1.94 GET

July 2025 - December 2025: $37.03 = $35.36 + $1.67 GET

August 2025 - December 2025: $30.85 = $29.46 + $1.39 GET

September 2025 - December 2025: $24.67 = $23.56 + $1.11 GET

October 2025 - December 2025: $18.51 = $17.68 + $0.83 GET

November 2025 - December 2025: $12.34 = $11.78 + $0.56 GET

December 2025: $6.18 = $5.90 + $0.28 GET
