How to Use Concierge Mode on Auto Emails
Concierge Mode is a setting enabled in an Auto Email that allows you to approve or reject listings before they get sent to your client.
When Matrix finds matches for an auto email that is set up for Concierge mode, you will get a notification that listings are ready for your review.
1. Start by Creating an Auto Email. Hover over "Search" and click the property type you want to set up the criteria for.
2. Enter the client's search criteria, and click "Results"
3. Click "Save" and "New Auto Email"
4. In the Settings screen for the Auto Email, scroll down to Settings and click “Enable Concierge Mode”
NOTE: when Concierge is enabled, click the, “Also send me the alert notifications by email" option to be notified, by email, that there are listings waiting for your approval in Matrix.
5. Click "Save; Go to Approvals"
On the Concierge Approvals page, you will see the listings that match your clients criteria.
1. To reject listings from being sent to your client, select the listings and clicking "Reject" on the bottom
2. To send the rest of the listings to your client, click the box at the top to select all listings, and click "Approve Selected".
To view New Concierge approvals, you can view the Widget on the Dashboard OR by clicking on the Bell icon.

If you opted in to “Also send me the alert notifications by email" in Settings, you will also receive an email notification of any listings awaiting your approval.

Ensure the safety of auto emails sent to your client inbox. Have your client add the following email addresses to the allow or whitelist:

If your client clicks the link to "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of their email sent from Matrix, this will disable their auto email search. There are two steps to re-enable their auto email:
1. Inform your client to send a blank email to "optin.hbr@matrixemailer.com" from the email address the client used when they unsubscribed.
Note: They do not have to fill in the subject line or type a message.
2. Double-check your settings in Matrix. Go to "My Matrix", and choose "Auto Emails".
