Media Privacy - April 2024
Starting Tuesday, April 2nd, we'll be introducing new listing input features for media privacy in Matrix®. These features will give agents more flexibility to customize their listings and choose the information they want to share for listing photos and listing supplements.
Let’s look at the new options available to you:
- Listing Photos(1). Agents can now select one photo from amongst their listing’s photos as a permanent photo. The permanent photo is a photo that will display on OneHome® and public websites, once the listing goes off-market (sold, cancelled, or expired). The permanent photo selection must be made while the listing is on-market and shall be of the subject property. If no selection is made, the primary photo will be used.
- Listing Supplements(2). Agents can decide how to share listing supplements with three (3) visibility choices:
•Public: Visible to consumers on OneHome® and to the public, whether the listing is on-or-off market.
•Private: Visible to authorized MLS users only, whether the listing is on-or-off market.
•Conditional: Public while the listing is on-market, but Private when the listing goes off-market.
Along with these awesome new sharing options, it’s always important Agents consider and consult with clients to align with their privacy levels. We’re certain these new customization options will help you showcase your listing in the best light!
