Building Project Resource

The DCCA’s website provides access to the Developer’s Public Reports to find information about building projects. To view these reports, here are the steps:

1. In Matrix, select the LINKS tab on the top bar:

2. Find section 6-REFERENCE LINKS and select DCCA Real Estate Branch:

3. On the DCCA website, click on “Condominium Registration and Education”:

4. On this page, select “Developer’s Public Reports & Biennial Association Registrations”: 

5. From here, Search for the desired project and select "Go"
