2026 Honolulu County Assessment Values

2026 Assessment Values are displayed on the Honolulu County website.

Realist currently displays the 2026 Assessment Values. 2027 Values will be available in Realist between approximately March – April 2027 when the Certified County Files are received and uploaded.

Here are two quick options to locate Honolulu County 2026 Assessment Values:

Option 1 - From Realist:

1. In Property Detail Report, Tax Information Section, Select TMK link (blue):

2. The link will open on the Honolulu County website. See the third section down for 2026 Values:

Option 2 - From Matrix:

1. On a Property Record, in the Tax tab, select "Realist Tax"

PLEASE NOTE: In Matrix, if you auto-populate the data when inputting a Listing, 2026 Assessment Values will appear until the new values update in Realist.

To apply 2026 Assessment Values, you may overwrite the auto filled data and manually add 2026 Assessment Values.
