2025 Honolulu County Assessment Values

2025 Assessment Values are displayed on the Honolulu County website.

Realist currently displays the 2024 Assessment Values. 2025 Values will be available in Realist between approximately March – April 2025 when the Certified County Files are received and uploaded.

Here are two quick options to locate Honolulu County 2025 Assessment Values:

Option 1 - From Realist:

1. In Property Detail Report, Tax Information Section, Select TMK link (blue):

2. The link will open on the Honolulu County website. See the third section down for 2025 Values:

Option 2 - From Matrix:

1. On a Property Record, in the Tax tab, select "Realist Tax"

PLEASE NOTE: In Matrix, if you auto-populate the data when inputting a Listing, 2024 Assessment Values will appear until the new values update in Realist.

To apply 2025 Assessment Values, you may overwrite the auto filled data and manually add 2025 Assessment Values.
