Computer Connection Issues? A Do-It-Yourself Checklist

Sometimes system connections don’t always work as they should. Initiating a quick diagnostic test can resolve connection issues or at least deduce the problem source.

Follow these quick steps to get your connection back up and running:

1. Using a VPN? Disconnect from it and then try to access the site.
2. Clear browser cache.
   • Clear the cache from Safari
   • Clear the cache from Google Chrome
   • Clear the cache from Microsoft Edge
   • Clear the cache from Mozilla Firefox
3. Disable browser extensions.
4. Ensure all browsers and devices have been updated to the latest version.

5. Close all windows on the computer and restart.
6. Check internet connection.
   • Check your network connection on Windows
   • Check the status of your network on Mac
   • If your iPhone or iPad won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network

7. Try rebooting your modem.
