Computer Connection Issues? A Do-It-Yourself Checklist
Sometimes system connections don’t always work as they should. Initiating a quick diagnostic test can resolve connection issues or at least deduce the problem source.
Follow these quick steps to get your connection back up and running:
- Using a VPN? Disconnect from it and then try to access the site.
- Clear browser cache.
- Disable browser extensions.
- Ensure all browsers and devices have been updated to the latest version.
- Close all windows on the computer and restart.
- Check internet connection.
- Try rebooting your modem.
