How do I reset my password for MLS login?

Steps

• Press the Forgot Password button on the login page for Matrix, and the system will send an email from [e-mail] to your email address that is in our membership database.
• If the email is not in your Inbox, please check your Junk/Spam folder.
  • Sometimes, the browser or email service blocks URLS for emails that end up in the spam/junk folder.  When this happens, move the email from the spam/junk folder to the Inbox (or mark it as "Not Spam"), then click the reset password link again.
• If it still doesn't open the link, copy the URL, paste it into the browser address bar, and press Enter.
