What is the photo policy?

Quality photos help depict the value of the property, so promote your listing by uploading at least 5 photos!  More images to showcase the property, the better!

Here are some of the requirements:

• The primary photo must be an image of the subject property.
  • These examples of images are not allowed as the first photo: 
    • Photo of the view
    • Decorative Item
    • The beach/ocean, etc... 
• Additional photos can be other images of the property and neighborhood.

When a listing is Sold:

• IDX sites will only show the primary/preferred photo.
• If an IDX site is showing more than one photo, please notify the MLS Systems Team by sending an email with the web address to [e-mail]

Notes:

• To activate a new listing, you must upload at least one photo of the property.  Minimum of 5 photos is preferred.
• Additional photos are not required, but they are very helpful to have, so please provide them in your listings.
