Guideline for Submitting a Report It for a Listing

When you notice a data discrepancy that is a violation of the MLS Rules, please follow these guidelines:

1. As a professional courtesy, please resolve this discrepancy directly with the Listing Brokerage.

If the error is not fixed and you want our assistance, you can submit a "Report It" via the Matrix system.  

2. All you need to do is click on the yellow triangle (the Report It icon) under the listing photo.

3. Please indicate the specific violation, and provide the correct information.  If it's applicable, please make sure to include the source (i.e., tax records) in your report.  Your submission will be linked to the listing for audit purposes.  Upon receipt of your report, our MLS Compliance Team will handle the matter accordingly.
