Realist Building Sketches

CoreLogic no longer provides Building Sketches in Realist. In 2020, this was phased out globally. No Building Sketches have been added to Realist after this time. All Building Sketches that were updated in Realist, prior to this, remain, but will not continue to be updated with any changes.

As an alternative, to quickly view Building Sketches for a property while in Realist, here are the steps:

1. Within a Realist Property Detail Report, select the TMK link 

2. Link will open in the property record on the Honolulu County website.

Scroll down toward the middle of the report and click on Sketch for a larger view
