Foreclosure Search in Realist

To search in Realist for properties with various foreclosure stages, here are the steps:

1. In My Search, select Customize Search at the top left of the screen.

2. In Customize Search, in Categories, select the Foreclosure & Distressed tab at the left of the screen. Here you may choose which type of Foreclosure information you would like to add to My Search.

3. Here is an example of a Foreclosure type search. In this example, Foreclosure Stage is selected, and Apply is selected.

4. In My Search, Foreclosure Stage is now available as a search option. In this example, Pre-foreclosure is selected, along with TMK criteria.

5. Results Table shows 19 results
