Realist - Flood Zone Data

There are two ways to view Flood Zone designations in Realist.

 

A. Realist Map

    1. On the Map, select the Boundaries layer, select Flood Zone layer

     2. Zoom into the map to the desired location (Legend is on the bottom on the map)

      

B. Flood Map Tab

   1. At the top of the Realist Property Details Report click the right arrow to move to the right

  2. Select the "Flood Map" tab

Here is where Flood Zone designations can be viewed. This report provides a property map and FEMA flood zone determination, determining whether a property is located IN or OUT of a federally-designated flood zone.
