Realist Search by Property Address – Tips

The most effective way to search for Property Addresses in Realist when only part of the address is available is by using the individual search fields.

Property Address Street Number

If you are only searching by the Property Address Street Number, the best way to do this is by using the House # Search field. Here is an example:

In this example, the radio button is set as “is” because the street number is known.

If the street number is not known, but you have an idea, the radio button can be set in a variety of ways (highlighted below):

Please note, the results will be very broad. It is recommended to add additional criteria, i.e., city, zip, etc. to narrow down this search.

Property Address Street Name

If you are only searching by Property Address Street Name, you can search by a single letter if that’s all you have available. Since results will be very large, it is recommended to narrow this search down by adding additional criteria, i.e., city, zip, etc., or map it out using drawing tools.

In this example, the radio button is set as “starts with” and only “L” Searches are not case-sensitive and do not need to be in capital letters.
