How do I extend a Rental listing?

 

To extend a Rental listing - Seller's authorization is required, and you must change the Expiration Date in the MLS before the listing expires.

Once a rental listing is expired, the system will not allow you to edit the Expiration Date.

To continue marketing the rental property in the MLS - execute a new Listing Contract and input a new rental listing.
