Who can edit my listings?
Per MLS Rules, the Listor is the primary Agent who is responsible for the listing.
The Agent information disclosed in the MLS shall reflect the Listing Contract.
Other HICMLS members who have edit rights:
- Co-Listor who is in the same company as the Listing Agent (see Notes below).
- Broker In Charge who is in the same office as the Listing Agent.
- Principal Broker of the primary Brokerage Firm.
- Assistant to the primary Agent / Brokerage Office or Firm.
- Members who are part of a Team in Matrix:
- Working on Behalf of Another Agent
If an agent you work with added you to their team in Matrix and set you up to work on behalf of them, you would be able to do the following things while working on behalf of that Agent in Matrix:
• Emails sent from Matrix would be sent from your name and email address on their behalf, and
would use your email banner and footer (if you have chosen one) and email signature.
• Print reports - any reports that you print while working on behalf of another agent will indicate that they were printed by you on behalf of the other agent.
• Access their Matrix Contacts, Saved Searches (you cannot change their team settings).
- Working on Behalf of Another Agent
Notes:
- To prevent issues b/w Brokerages related to infractions, a Co-Listor who is with another Brokerage Firm does not have system access to edit the listing.
- If the Co-Listor is not a HICMLS member - this information must be disclosed in the Agent Remarks section.
