Inputting a New Listing

1. Click on "Input"

2. Click the "Add new" button

3. Select your property type. i.e. Single Family, Condo/Townhouse

4. Choose one of the following

1.  Fill from Relist Tax - Use Auto-Fill from Realist Tax
2.  Fill from an Existing Listing - Copy your current or past listings to relist.
3. Start with a New Listing - Start your listing with a fresh input form.
   
   
   
   • If "Fill From Realist Tax," choose your county and enter TMK, Owner, Street Name and Street Name and press the "Search" button to locate the tax record. 
     
     
     

• Click the "Fill" link to the record you want auto-fill. 
  
  
  
  If "Fill from an Existing Listing" is copying an existing listing. Enter the "MLS #" and press the "Fill Form
