Virtual Tour (Unbranded Media)

Matrix Input
1. Click the "Input" tab on the top toolbar
2. Click the drop-down menu to "Select a listing"
3. Once you select your listing, you will reach the "Modify listing" screen.
4. Under "Select Form," click on the property type name. For example, Single Family, Condo/Townhouse, and Multi-Family. Etc.
5. On the listing screen, click the "General" tab on the top.
6. Copy the URL for the media and paste it into the "Unbranded Virtual Tour URL" field.
Note: The URL must start with an http:// or https://
8. When you are done, press the "Submit listing" button at the bottom of the input page to save.
Reminders:
- Upload a link to the Virtual Tour field that directs the viewer to the video in full display mode.
- The media cannot be a branded web page - i.e., YouTube page, Vimeo page, Google Dropbox page, etc.
- The virtual tour media must comply with the Rules & Regulations of the MLS.
- The media must be unbranded and does not include any embedded links. Anything that is clickable is not allowed - media company logo/name, pop-up, banner, etc.
- Descriptions in the media are in compliance with fair housing guidelines.
DO's:
- Post your unbranded video to an UNBRANDED YouTube channel.
- Exclude your name, license number, contact info, URL, photos/video of yourself, or content unrelated to the listing.
- Disable any playlists.
- Include "lifestyle" elements of the home or location.
- Turn off the Comments feature - this is to prevent the public from being able to post comments on the YouTube page.
