Can I use photos from previous listings?

You must have written permission from the owner of the photos.

Sellers who paid for the photos / were given the photos:

• Do not assume that you have the right to use those images without written permission from the owner of the photos.
• Owner of the photos can be photographers, Listing Agents who took the photos, or anyone who took the photos.

Expired, Withdrawn, and Sold status listings in the MLS:

• If it's your previous listing - you can use those images as long as the photos reflect the subject property currently.  Out-dated photos shall not be used.

• If it's not your listing - the photos in the MLS shall not be copied and used.

Caution:  Avoid copyright infringement issues by following the guidelines stated above.
