Can I use a picture of the view from my property as the primary photo for my listing?
The primary photo must be an image of the subject property. You cannot use a photo of the view nor pool deck in the Condo as the first photo because these are Features of a property, and not an image of the actual subject property.
You can use a picture of the view as an additional photo. Please keep these in mind:
(1) Additional photos must be related to the subject property.
(2) Add descriptions in the Manage Photo section that explains how that image relates to the subject property.
(3) If the image is enhanced, be sure to disclose that info. based on MLS Rules. [Read]
